§ 4 Payment and bookings
The current price list for services and the types of passes available are published on the website, in the booking system (Fitssey) and at the Studio reception.
Purchasing a Pass, paying fees and booking classes can be done via the Booking System or in person at reception.
Class fees must be paid in advance: online (via the Booking System) or in person (cash, debit/credit card, BLIK).
Class bookings can be cancelled free of charge via the Booking System no later than 12 hours before the class starts. In the event of cancellation after this deadline or non-attendance, the class is deemed to have taken place and the session will be deducted from the Pass.
The Pass is personal and may not be transferred to another person without the prior consent of the Studio.
Passes have a specific validity period, which is indicated at the time of purchase. Failure to use the Pass within its validity period does not constitute grounds for a refund of the fee paid.
Extension of the Pass’s validity is possible only in documented cases of force majeure or health issues (e.g. long-term illness, hospitalisation), following prior, immediate notification of this fact at reception or by email. The decision to extend the validity is made on a case-by-case basis by the Studio manager.
In the event of classes being cancelled for reasons attributable to the Studio, the validity period of the Pass shall be extended accordingly.
The price of services does not include accident insurance (NNW).
The Studio reserves the right to cancel classes, or to change their date, timetable or instructor. Information is published in the Booking System.
§ 5 Liability
The Studio shall be liable for any personal injury or damage to the Client’s property in accordance with the general principles set out in the Civil Code.

the Client concealing any medical conditions or health contraindications;

failure to warm up properly (in the event of being late) or failure to exercise due care.
The customer shall be fully liable for any damage caused to the Studio’s property or the property of other customers through their own fault.
