Who are the classes for?
Whatever your skill level, you can start right where you are.
Our instructors will take care of you, offering modifications and variants tailored to various levels of advancement.
You can choose a quieter practice to start with, or a dynamic class if you're looking for a bigger challenge.
Before joining Aerial Stretching and Aerial Advanced classes, we recommend that you first master the basics of Aerial Yoga.
We practice in a small group so that each participant feels taken care of.

How to prepare
A few simple tips that will help you feel at ease from the first class.
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to allow time to change and prepare for class.
Before your first Aerial practice, you will be required to sign a health declaration, which will be waiting for you at the reception.
We exercise barefoot or in non-slip socks - comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement are enough.
For Aerial classes, choose a full outfit, leggings and a top that covers the armpits, belly and back will work best - this will protect your skin while working with the hammock.
You will find mats and all the necessary equipment on site.
Booking classes
Registration takes place via the Fitssey system.
Prior reservation is required.
Select classes in the schedule. Reserve your place online. If necessary, cancel up to 12 hours before the class
